Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team and has specialised in real estate matters since her qualification in 2016.

About my work

Hannah’s particular expertise is landlord and tenant and secured financing matters and she can assist with a range of matters including:

• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases for owner occupation or investment;

• Commercial Lease matters including negotiation of new leases, lease renewals, assignments and surrenders;

• Licences to Occupy;

• Easements (Rights of Way);

• Secured Lending transactions; and

• the property aspects involved in corporate disposals and acquisitions.

Hannah acts for a range of clients including global banks, large businesses with nationwide portfolios, charities, local clubs, individuals and family businesses. Her experience ranges across a number of industries and sectors including manufacturing, charity, healthcare, property investment, finance and hospitality.

Recent instructions have included:

• advising a nationwide agency in respect of their property portfolio;

• representing the interests of banks and individuals / SMEs in respect of secured financing; and

• advising in respect of the acquisition of a nationwide portfolio of pubs.

Hannah enjoys getting to know her client’s aims and business objectives. She works collaboratively with her client’s objectives in mind and aims to achieve commercial solutions through the legal dealings of a matter.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys baking and spending time with her young daughter. She sits as a Director for a SEND charity and lectures in addition to her client work.
