Please complete the form below and/or click on the link to download your Will questionnaire.

Your completed questionnaire will then be reviewed by one of our qualified lawyers.

The lawyer responsible for your Will shall contact you in order to provide you with a quote, to clarify any details with you, and arrange an appointment (by telephone or video conference) in order to discuss the documents before they are drafted and sent out to you for signing with detailed instructions on how they are to be executed and witnessed.

This questionnaire is designed to help us prepare a draft Will for discussion with you. It is designed to be of assistance to a large number of our clients, but we appreciate that it may not be appropriate for all circumstances. In particular, this questionnaire is not appropriate for dealing with:

  • inheritance tax
  • trusts
  • business or foreign property; or
  • care home fees

as these matters are best discussed in person.

If you would like to discuss your Will in person, alterations to an existing Will, or any issues not covered by our online enquiry form or questionnaire, please contact either Jane Ollett or Minna Rae or email us.
