I am a Member (Partner) of Leeds Day LLP. I live in St. Ives and attended St. Ivo School before going on to qualify as a solicitor in July 2003. I became a partner at Leeds Day in 2010. My training and post qualification experience was with a specialist Landlord and Tenant practice and I now conduct contractual claims and Property Law claims.
About my work
My belief is that Justice is a right not a privilege.
I help people from all walks of life from a widow denied a payment by her husband’s employers from a death in service benefit scheme to fund managers with £500m under management.
My clients have a variety of problems that range from obtaining possession of rented premises through to leaseholders pursuing their Freeholder for damages because the roof leaks.
I am regularly instructed by leaseholders to obtain a new extended lease or to purchase the freehold of their building and theses claims are heard by the LVT and now the First Tier Property Chamber.
Enforcement of Judgement Debts
Sometimes getting the judgment is only the beginning. I accept instructions from clients who have already obtained a judgment and need assistance in recovering and this includes matrimonial enforcement which present very different challenges to ordinary judgment debts.
