Christopher Dodd - Partner
Chris is a partner in our Commercial Business department and specialises in commercial property matters. He has extensive experience in landlord and tenant transactions, portfolio management, acquisitions & disposals (including SIPP/SSAS structures), strategic sites including overage and options, land development, associated finance/secured lending and property tax issues. Chris acts for a range of clients including institutional investors, developers, local governments, landlords and tenants as well as offshore clients.
Chris completed his legal practice course at the Inns of Court School of Law and qualified as a solicitor in 2004 after completing his training at a City firm. He then moved to Eversheds before joining Leeds Day in 2006.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing golf, cross-country mountain biking and spending time with friends and family particularly with the addition of his new born daughter.
