I have been a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives since 1996. Since qualifying I have worked in our Personal Injury Department dealing with a variety of claims for clients who have been injured in road traffic accidents, work accidents, those who have hurt themselves by tripping over defects in the pavement or slipping in supermarkets. I have dealt with claims on behalf of children and deal sympathetically with the daunting ordeal of having to attend at Court. Another aspect of my work is to help claim compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority for those who have been injured or assaulted by an assailant.
