Abby Smith - Legal Executive
Abby is a fee earner within the Family Department. She joined Leeds Day in January 2002. Abby qualified as a Legal Executive in October 2003 and gained specialist accreditation with Resolution (formerly Solicitor’s Family Law Association) in December 2008. Abby specializes in all aspects of family law, including divorce, separation, cohabitation disputes, financial matters, children issues and domestic violence. Abby is also a Family Mediator and can work with separating or divorcing couples to help mediate and resolve any disputes or arrangements resulting from the separation, without the need for court proceedings.
Abby is married with two young children and lives in the local area.
