Your completed questionnaire will then be reviewed by one of our qualified lawyers. The lawyer responsible for your Will will contact you in order to provide you with a quote, to clarify any details with you, and to invite you to attend the office in order to discuss the documents before they can be signed. Your Will will be prepared in readiness for your meeting.
This questionnaire is designed to help us prepare a draft Will for discussion with you. It is designed to be of assistance to a large number of our clients, but we appreciate that it may not be appropriate for you. In particular, this questionnaire is not appropriate for dealing with inheritance tax, trusts, business or foreign property or care home fees, since we feel that these issues are best discussed in person.
