About me

Educated at a grammar school founded by Henry VIII, Bob’s entry into the legal profession was via the less usual disciplines of Maths, Physics and Chemistry. University education was at Birmingham where Bob was privileged to attend the lectures and seminars given by lecturers such as Professor Sir Gordon Borrie (Contract), Professor Robert Pennington (Company) and Bryn Perrin (Employment). After six months hard labour at Lancaster Gate Bob passed the final examinations obtaining a distinction in the Commercial Law paper.

About my work

Bob retired from the firm of Leeds Day on 31st March 2019.  Up until his retirement, Bob specialised in Corporate/Company and general commercial matters, with emphasis on Corporate and Licensing work.
